The TSW 101 M1 is a single-channel vibration transmitter that forms a complete monitoring unit comprising the TSW 101 M1 main module, a WW007 eddy-current probe, and a 10-meter cable.
Designed specifically for measuring the relative shaft vibration of rotating machinery, this product utilizes eddy-current technology to perform non-contact relative vibration (Sppm) measurements on rotating shafts, serving as a critical component in equipment condition monitoring and protection systems.
It is widely used in industries such as power generation, petrochemicals, and metallurgy, and is suitable for the vibration monitoring and protection of turbines, generators, compressors, pumps, and various types of industrial rotating machinery.

The TSW 101 M1 is widely used for shaft monitoring in large centrifugal compressor or steam turbine units. It is installed near the bearing housing, with its connected eddy-current sensor probe positioned to face the surface of the rotating shaft.
The transmitter converts the shaft vibration amplitude into a 4-20 mA signal in real time, transmitting it to a central control room (DCS/PLC) or a dedicated machinery protection system.
When vibration levels exceed preset alarm or trip thresholds, the system immediately issues an alarm or initiates a shutdown, effectively preventing major equipment failures caused by issues such as rotor imbalance, misalignment, or bearing wear.
The sensor's sensitivity can be readjusted using the "S" potentiometer on the device to ensure measurement accuracy.
